A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, Grabpay, FPX & Duitnow QR.
4. Non-Cancellable Bookings

All bookings made with Tujuan Group Sdn. Bhd. are final. Once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Rescheduling Policy

Bookings can be rescheduled up to 2 weeks prior to the original booking date.

You can easily reschedule your booking directly on our website.

Requests for rescheduling made less than 2 weeks before the booking date will not be accommodated.​
6. Liability

Tujuan Group Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the service.

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
7. Force Majeure

Tujuan Group Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).

Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All sales are final. Once a booking is made, we do not offer refunds except in specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Circumstances
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Service Cancellation by Tujuan Group Sdn. Bhd.: If we are unable to provide the service you booked due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, electric cut), a full refund will be issued.

Booking Errors: If there was an error in your booking that was not caused by you, a refund will be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:

No-Show to your bookings.

Any cancellations made

Services rendered and completed.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of the event. Include your booking details and reason for the request.
5. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed back to the original payment method.
