Tujuan Events Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Period
- The rental period starts from the time of delivery or collection and ends at the agreed return or pickup time.
- Any extension must be requested in advance and is subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Booking & Payment Terms
- A 60% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 40% balance must be paid at least 1 day before the delivery date.
- If full payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be considered unconfirmed, and the deposit will be forfeited.
All payments must be made via bank transfer, credit card, QR payments or FPX.

3. Cancellation & Postponement
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental date are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date are non-refundable.
Postponements are subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days in advance.

4. Delivery, Setup & Accessibility
- Prices quoted are valid only for venues with direct lift access or ground-level access.
- For locations requiring the equipment to be carried up stairs, or where additional manpower is needed due to access restrictions, extra charges will apply.
- Clients must inform us in advance if such conditions exist to avoid delays or additional fees.
- Adequate space, clear access, and a power supply must be provided at the venue.

5. Use & Responsibility
- The client is responsible for the safekeeping of the LED screen and related equipment during the rental period.
- Equipment must not be moved, dismantled, or handled by unauthorized persons.
- Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or mishandling will be charged to the client accordingly.

6. Technical Support
- Basic support is included in the rental package. On-site technical support is available upon request and may incur additional charges.
- Remote assistance will be provided during operating hours.

7. Delivery Guarantee & Service Disruption
- We guarantee delivery of the rented equipment as scheduled. In the rare event that delivery is delayed or service is disrupted due to reasons within our control or unavoidable external factors (e.g., equipment failure, transport breakdown, extreme weather), Tujuan Group Sdn Bhd will issue a full refund.
We are committed to ensuring your event runs smoothly and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

8. Equipment Failure or Malfunction
- In the unlikely event of a technical fault not caused by the client, Tujuan Group Sdn Bhd will make all reasonable efforts to repair or replace the unit promptly.
- Refunds or compensation will be issued only at our discretion if the issue cannot be resolved.

9. Weather Considerations
- For outdoor use, equipment must be protected from rain, water exposure, and extreme weather conditions.
- Tujuan Group Sdn Bhd reserves the right to delay or cancel outdoor setups if conditions are deemed unsafe.

10. Ownership & Liability
- All LED Poster Screens and related equipment remain the property of Tujuan Group Sdn Bhd at all times.
- We shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or consequential loss arising from the use of the rented equipment.

11. Acceptance
By confirming the rental, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
